Hello,

Your handle set resembles our 82-020 with 3-15/16" hole spacing. If you just need the exterior handle, take a look at our 82-042 or keyed 82-306 pulls. Thanks for posting!

This handle set appears to be an older version of our 82-005. This may be what you want, but look it over and see if you agree.
