Semco window cranks do not work

I recently bought a duplex and noticed that some of the window cranks do not work. I've tried looking for replacements but had no luck. I looked on your website a saw these cranks for semco windows. I have semco windows which I believe was new in 2003. I am wondering if these will work with mine. I attached a photo of the crank thst needs replacing.

Take a look at our 39-031 and 39-023. These look like the operators that you need, but review the dimensions on our product page to be sure. thank you!
