I believe it's an allside window, a sticker says NFRC 100/200 SERIES 03A0 03S0 ST SINGLE HUNG PRODUCT LINE #1155-092, only visible markings on constant force balance coil cover are "A" 'B" "C" "D" "E" listed vertically. I have pics if able to send.

Hello there!
Your pivot shoe looks like a match for the 15-177, which uses the Series 152 coil springs. You'll have to check the spring band for a stamped weight code.
If you need a new coil support, see the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. They "sandwich" over the coil spring.

Thank you! All I need is the pivots, the coil springs and carriers are intact. is there a different number for left or right? or do we simply turn the pivot the correct direction prior to insertion?

Are you referring to the pivot bar? If so, we'll need to see the old one removed from the window, including written-out dimensions.
Our pivot bars aren't handed, so you'd have to turn the pivot bar to the correct orientation for the window sash.

See the 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil springs (sold separately). If you need a new coil support, see the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. They "sandwich" over the coil spring. The video below will go over how to pick the correct coil weights.
As for the pivot bar, take a look at the 26-466. Review the specifications and see if they match what you need.
