Thanks for reaching out! Your balance shoe reminds me of the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. I'm confident this is a match but be sure to double check the measurements.

The pivot bar most commonly used with this shoe is the 26-241. Its specifications can be found on the website.

This coils can be replaced with the Series 160 Coil Balance. The one marked with the 9.0 will need to be replaced with the S160-09; the coil marked with the 7.5 should be the S160-07. You'll need the 15-150D for the coil support.
