Series 380 Sash Guide Help

While the Series 380 may likely be the correct series, I'd like to see full view of the spring and the string inside the balance channel. Particularly, the bracket connecting them in the middle of the balance. There is a chance you may need a series that is quite similar to the Series 380 but it may differ, especially given the stamp.

The stamp on the balances does not quite match any of ours. May I see a photo of that as well? I'll also need to know the exact weight of the window sash to determine the correct stamp.

In the meantime, the 18-008H Top Sash Guide is not an exact replacement but I am pretty confident it should work to replace yours. Carefully review and compare the dimensions and see what you think.

You can use the 3465 stamp option, which will support a sash weighing between 39 to 42lbs.
