Series 395, 28" length

Question

I am looking for replacement channel balances for some Alenco windows. Value stamped on balance is 2790. Looking on your options section, the value only goes to 2770. Would you be able to recommend a replacement? I need 4 of the balances, 4 top sash guides, P/N 18-174, and 4 take out clips.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your 2790 stamp is from an older rating system so you'll have to weigh the window sash to determine the correct stamp option. There's a chart under the S395-28's product description that you can use as a reference for what option to select.

As for the take out clip, take a look at the specifications of the 16-002 and see if they match what you need.
