Series 751 balances won't keep these windows up

I have a customer that has wood double hung tilt sash, with jamb liners. the windows will not stay up. You unlock them the top sash slides down, lift up bottom sash it will slide down.

Series 751 Chanel balances are ribbed with 15-014, shoe attached.

Tan Window size is 34 x 58. Sash size is top 33x29 weight is 32 lbs. Bottom Sash is 33x 30 1/2 weighs 35 lbs. Sashes are 1 1/2 " thick Mahogany.

Top sash balance is A 26 1/8 long 25 HD
Bottom sash balance is a 27" long 26 HD

Window Size is 22x58
top sash size is 21x29 weight 22lb 25 HD
Bottom Sash is 21 x 30 3/4 weight is 24 lbs 26 HD

What size balancer will hold these windows up and what is the cost plus shipping

Thank you for the information, James! For the top sash, please take a look at our S751-26 with a 25HD stamp option. As for the bottom sash, please look at our S751-27 with a 26HD stamp option. Do you think these may work for you? Please let us know!

Hi James, the stamp options look good for the sash weights you gave us.

The 27" Series 751 with stamp 26HD is designed to carry 19 through and including 24 pounds.

The 26" Series 751 with stamp 25HD will carry 20 through and including 24 pounds.

This information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.

The S 751-26 with 25 HD Stamp and the S751-27 with the 26 HD Stamp is what I have I need a STRONGER balencer to hold these windows up. Being that I am already at the top of the weight spec.
Do you have any balencer's that can hold more weight?

Yes, The 25TG and 26TG stamp options carry more weight.

S751-26 with stamp 25TG will carry a window sash weight range of 24 through and including 30 pounds.

S751-27 with stamp 26TG will carry a window sash weight range of 24 through and including 31 pounds.
