Is tutorial available on how to thread sash cord or does assembly come per-threaded?

Our balances come ready to be installed with no assembly required. All you'll need to do is install the balances, which is demonstrated in one of the videos we've related for you. Thanks for posting!

Will my current 265-A pivot bar fit the 15-195 T-Lock Balance Shoe or do I need to order a different pivot bar.

Your pivot bar resembles our 26-021, which is commonly used with the S795 channel balance. Take a look to confirm that your pivot bar matches the dimensions of the 26-021.
