I'm looking to purchase several sets of balances for my windows but want to make sure the measurements are correct. I have them at 34.75inch tall balances to the top of the plastic tubes which looks different than the balances in your videos. Please see attached pictures. It makes me unsure of where to measure from. Can you clarify for me based on the pictures I submitted. The sashes are 22.6 lbs. the t locks at the bottom of the balances are 1.25 inches. They also need the 26-021 pivots. Can you help me navigate which one to buy? Thank you for the support in advance.
