Series 795 balance too thick for channels

I purchased the S795-34B balance and the 1" t lock shoe, 15-194. They are too thick for my window channels. I have attached some photos of the originals Can you pinpoint the problem and suggest the parts I need?

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be specially made. Before we can begin, can you show me a picture of the top attachment? It should be a clip or hook at the end of the cord. Can you also confirm how many you need?
