Series 795 with hook needed

I require your S795-27 (27C) with a 1-1/4" closed-cam shoe with a hook like your 15-198 instead of your standard screw-in tab. How do I order this?

Sure thing. I'll email that link to you right now. I'm also going to send you a link for 2. We usually recommend replacing both balances for one sash at the same time. If you mix and match a new balance with an old one, the new balance will have to work extra hard to pick up the slack for the older spring, which is usually weaker. This leads to premature failure.

It's ultimately up to you, I just thought I'd give you the choice.
