Hi,
I have a customer that has 6 window sashes with what appear to be Series 850 block and tackle balances with black shoes and plastic clips at the top. These are at least 15 years old. They all measure approximately 28.5 inches from the base of the shoe to top bracket and I didn't see a match for this size on your product page. Do you have something that fits, or can another size (larger) be cut down to fit?

Hello there, Travis. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has begun to phase out this balance system and are now suggesting to use the Series 795 channel balance to be used in its place. I placed the media videos on this page that shows how to convert these balances. For your balance, see our S795-28. Go with the 28C option that holds a sash weight of 18-23 lbs. You will also need to change the tilt bar to either the 26-021 or 26-366 depending on the screw hole measurement.
