SeriousWindows 600 coil balance

Question

Hello

I currently have SeriousWindows 600 (Quantum 2) in my house.
My Windows have the coil balance shoe, slate blue (part 15-177) for the pivot lock. The size matches exactly.

I have a couple of questions.

1) Do the pivot locks come with the coil balance or is the coil balance ordered separately?

2) If the coil balance is ordered separately, do you have videos showing how to instal them onto the pivot lock and how to attach the replacement pivot lock into the window?

Hi there, Bob.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The 15-177 doesn't come with the Series 152 coil springs. You'll have to add them to your cart separately. I'm afraid we don't have a video on this specific pivot shoe but the coil springs simply attach to the side of the 15-177 with a screw. The video below may be of help. It features a different pivot shoe but the process is similar. You can also use an identical window with intact hardware as a reference to see how the balances are set up.
