Please provide pricing for the below rod and cap. PGT Single hung window. 6SHSTKA / SH-4000. Window size 34.5 x 38
I think my balance is the Series 395. But The dimensions on my top sash guide are 7/8" wide across the platform, 13/16" wide on the body at its widest point. The screw holes are 3/16" and 1-1/16" from the underside of the platform. I can't find those dimensions on your website.

The PGT top sash guide you are looking for is 18-015. Don't be concerned with the bottom screw hole being missing, because your window sash only uses the top hole.

Paul, thank you. I thought is was the one based on all the dimensions I provided. I just have one question. The top of my sash from side to side measured 7/8 and 18-015 measurement is 15/16. We are different by 1/16. Will that be a problem?

Being that the cap measures 15/16", it shouldn't interfere with the window operation.

Good morning,
I need to know what rod or balancing I need to repair my single hung window from PGT- SH 4000. I called the company and they don't make this series of windows any more, but I think an universal rod or balancing will work. Will you be able to help me? Thanks, Mayra

Hi, Mayra.
It looks like your PGT-4000 Series window uses our Series 390 balance with a 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom fitting. We would just need the metal channel length and the code stamped on the balance channel in order to give you a price quote.
