Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe is a little unusual. Our closest match might be the 15-129, but you'll need to remove your old shoe from the window and compare with the width and thickness shown below to see if it matches up. I'd also like to see the pivot bar that fits into this shoe, just to make sure it is compatible with the 15-129. From there we should be able to narrow down if this is a good match.
