Thanks for reaching out! The shoe you have is no longer made but the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe is a confirmed substitute. Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm that it will be a fit for your window.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance, secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. Be sure to take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions on how to select your coil springs.

The 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel are the parts used to complete the coil covers.
