Shoe for Alliance window

Thanks for posting. It's possible this is the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balances, but without seeing it removed it is impossible to say for sure. See the video below which shows how to remove and replace similar assemblies. If you can get the shoe out and show us a clear photo, we should be able to narrow this all down.
