Shoe for a NVR building products 2100 series window.

Trying to find a replacment part. The hook on the top of the shoe broke off. I ow the balance is not attached to the window pane

Unfortunately, these T-lock shoes aren't available. You will need a new complete Series 795 balance with a 1-1/4" wide T-lock shoe. Please get back to us with the channel length of the balance as well as the spring weight code that is stamped on the channel.

Overall length is 59inches. Metal valance is 28 inches long. Stamping on metal reads 28C

Thanks for the additional information. Take a look at our S795-28 channel balance with a 28C option. This should be the balance you need based on the details you provided to us. Look it over and let us know if you have any further questions.

Same type window nvr 2100 series. Half screen and sash locks. Locks look like they slide into top of sash

I'm afraid I don't understand your question. Are you looking for a particular replacement part? Can you clarify exactly what it is you need? Finally, clear photos of the parts you're looking for would be a huge help.
