Shoe for tilt window

It sounds like the pivot shoe is jammed in the window. This can be tricky to fix, since there are about a million different reasons for why it's jammed.

My first suggestion is to soak it in WD-40 for a few hours and see if that loosens it up some. This works 9 times out of 10 and hopefully it will work for you, too.

Once the shoe is out, compare its dimensions to our 15-129. This is my best guess for a replacement part but it will come down to size at the end of the day. You can see our 15-129 dimensions below.
