Shoe swivel size

Question

Hi, I ordered window parts from you last week but was not the correct sizes. I am ordering 9/16 spiral balances of various lengths along with shoe swivels. My old ones shown above have a thickness of 1/2 inch. I notice your blue ones are 17/32 thick, but the white ones are exactly 1/2 inch, which my current blue ones above are. Should I order your white ones or your blue ones which is slightly over 1/2 inch? I don't want them to be too tight in my windows.Please advise

Thanks for posting. Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. Yours isn't made anymore, however, but I believe that you can use our 15-046 as a replacement. Don't worry about color; size is more important.
