Shoe and Spiral Balance

Question

Unsure of model or year (another window from same era shows "Series 151 on the NAMI sticker). Need a shoe and 2 spiral balances and need to identify which replacement part would fit.

Spiral balance
Length: 29"
Tube diameter: 1/2 or 5/8 (a bit deformed)
Color: see picture

Thanks for posting! Based on the dimensions and the tip color of your balance, it appears you'll need the S600-29 with a blue to.

To determine the replacement shoe needed for your window, you'll need to remove the existing shoe from the window. There are quite a few compatible with the Series 600 balances. Start with comparing the measurements for parts 15-015 (17/32" Thick), 15-046 (1/2" Thick), 15-047 (5/8" Thick), or 15-173.

The first there have the same dimensions for the width and height but the thickness of each of them is different. The 15-173 has different measurement altogether. Look them over and see what you think.
