Thanks for reaching out to us. Start by taking a look at the 26-040 and 26-083 pivot bars as well as the 15-015 pivot shoe. The latches remind me of the 26-100. As for the pivot bar housing, the 26-210 comes to mind. We recommend you review the specifications for these parts to see if they match what you're searching for. 

Since this is a tilt window, you'd want the 3/8" diameter S900 or 9/16" diameter S600.
