Side Balance for a non-tilt vinyl window and attachment fitting for window

I have about 12 of these windows, all the same size, all about 25 years old.  The plastic in the balances is deteriorating. many are broken.  You video helped a lot. I need help identifying this type of balance and how to get a replacement, and also for the attachment that goes in the window.

Hello there. I suspect you have the S378-20, S380-20, or S385-20 Channel Balance, depending on the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 1930.

Finally, for the wool pile, you'll need to remove a sample and tell us the size of the base and height of the pile. Wool pile dimensions are very discrete, going into the X/32" range, so be detailed as possible.
