I am looking for Side Load Balances for Single Hung windows made by Jeld-Wen.
The stmp is 20-3 (width 1/2"), which Channel Balances should I choose?
Also, should I use Product Code: 16-002 for the Take Out Clip?

Hello there!
We can help with this but it will have to be a custom order due to the pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 20-5/8". I will just need to see a photo of the metal hook at the end of the pulley cord in order to get this moving for you. Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace?
