Side-load single hung balance spring

Question

A balance spring from a 30 lb Phillips double pane window. The one in the picture is from the left side of the window. etched in the metal is 25 9 34# CALDWELL DM. The window is from 1993. I would like to replace the left and right balance springs

I'm pretty sure we can replace this balance, but I cannot specifically identify what you have from this photo. I was able to narrow it down to two possibilities: our S385-26 or our S380-26. The only difference between them is the depth of the shoe, as you'll see in their respective product pictures, so you'll have to measure yours to confirm the best match.

Regardless of which Series you go with, a sash of 30 pounds can be supported by our 2560 stamp option.
