These windows are vinyl replacement windows not really sure there are no markings on my parts that I removed. Thank you for all your help.

We don't sell this exact pivot bar, unfortunately, but we recommend taking a look at our 26-125. Review the specifications below and see what you think.

As for your spiral balance, take a look at the 3/8" diameter S900-22 and 5/8" diameter S600-22 spiral balances to see which matches your assembly. Thank you!
