Silver Line 8601, 9 pound spring balance, lock shoe and pivot bar, both sides (2).

Double hung window, lower sash springs broken, both sides, looking for 9 Lb. springs, pivot bar and pivot lock shoes. No cutouts, and no room at top or bottom, but I saw in a You tube video a guy cut his own cutouts. Lower sash opens 31 inches. Channel is about 1 1/4" x 1/2". It's not clear in the pic, but the other two windows clearly show a 9.
