Silver line balance shoe

I have not been able to locate this part, for a silver line single hung window made around 2000. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

This is a block and tackle balance, I think.

Silverline replaced this old balance shoe with our 15-046 balance shoe. Yes, it does work with a block and tackle balance system, specifically the Series 765 balance.
