Paul from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

The lock mechanism you need is our 82-218 mortise lock but we see your door frame is damaged and you won't be able to attach the mortise lock to it. You might be able to attach our 82-227 mortise lock to the door to cover the broken frame and attach the mortise lock. Unfortunately, your other option is to buy a new door. Also, your inside handle, our 82-035 handle set, might be missing the 82-106 turn lever. Thank you!
