Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to help me with these parts I am looking for 1 left tilt sash. 2 right tilt sash latches and 6 balances. They measure about 27in length. Thank you in advance

To further review, are you able to provide the number/letter stamped on the metal channel? We will also need to see the top to see how it installs. If it uses a hook or a screw to install into the window channel.

For the tilt latch, are you able to provide the length and width, not including the latching tab? Thank you!

Thank for getting back to me Lauren. The spiral balances are mounted with screws at the top and have a number 28-5 on them. Also letters of BSIN. The tilt sash latches measure about 3/4 wide by 2 1/4 long without the latch tab. Attached photos.

Hi Henry,

We do not have a latch that matches up to the dimensions provided. The closest we can provide is a style like the 26-393B. Please double check dimensions to see if this style could work for you.

For the channel balance, you have the Series 795, but with the 15-195B open cam T-lock shoe. This shoe will need to be purchased additionally and switched out with the stock shoe before installation.

Are you able to double check the length? With a 28-5 stamp- the length should be either 28 or 29 inches. Let me know!
