Thanks for writing in! The door look you have here isn't an exact replacement match. Although, I do believe our 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock should work to replace it. You'll need to compare the specifications to be sure.

The existing keeper isn't likely to be compatible with our mortise lock, so you may also need the 82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper.
