Silverline Triple Single-Hung Sash and Block and Takle parts

Hi,

I am a new home owner and inherited some DIY work to do on one of the windows in our sunroom. I have done some research and identified the windows as Silverline brand, I believe the one with the issue is part of a Triple Single-Hung assembly possibly from their V1 series (series 2903/4903). The issue(s) is(are) with the leftmost window in the assembly - the block and tackle balance, balance shoe, and tilt latch are all broken and need replaced, and as shown in the pictures, the bottom pivot bar was broken out of the bottom of the sash itself.

From searching online I've found the following part numbers and hoping you can confirm (1) That I correctly identified the windows and (2) that these seem like the right parts:

Block and Tackle Balance: Silverline Tilt Block and Tackle Balance (size 26 3)
Balance Shoe: Silverline Inverted T-Lock Balance Shoe (SKU 62-50002)
Tilt latch: Silverline Tilt Latch SKU (85-932)

Considering the damage to the bottom of the sash I'm considering replacing the whole thing - is it possible to purchase a single sash from somewhere? How much would that cost? Alternatively, I still have the bottom pivot bar, and was considering patching the crack and fixing the pivot bar in place with epoxy.

Any help/confirmation yu can give would be excellent.

I'm afraid those part numbers you gave don't mean anything to me. I couldn't match them up to anything in our inventory. I can only tell you two things for certain based on your photos: the first is that your balance appears to match our Series 795. The second is that the damage to your sash frame is serious business.

The bad news is that we don't sell sashes. For that, you will need to contact the window manufacturer directly. You could also try patching it, like you suggested. That should work for a couple years but you really should consider a new sash eventually.

If you would like us to identify any other parts on your window, we will need clear photos of each individual part. Ideally I would like to see them out of the window and in undamaged condition.
