Silverline balance shoes have broken

We have silverline 2900 series windows with several shoe balances broken. they were installed around 2000. I have attached a picture of the balance, can you please tell me what shoe i would need and how to replace them.

It's tough to tell from this photo alone, but this looks similar to our Series 765. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

yes thats what it looks like. What type shoe goes with these balances? thanks

The Series 765 balance is commonly paired with a shoe like our 15-046, but you should check the dimensions of your shoe to confirm they line up with ours. There's no guarantee that this is what you have now.
