Silverline double hung windows 1000 series pivot shoe

I have broken pivot shoes on my silverline 1000 series double hung windows

they are 1/2 inch thick

1 3/16 inches wide

1 3/4 inches high at the edge

the slots at the top are 10/16 apart

The pivot shoe on your Silverline 100 Series vinyl window has been replaced with the 15-046. These type of shoes go with the Series 765 tilt balance. Take a look and see if you agree with this recommendation.
