Hello! For your handle set and mortise, I would recommend our 82-030B and 82-265, respectively. Review the dimensions we show for each product and see how well they compare to your original.

Please note that the 82-265 is a little bit different than yours, likely a more modern version. As such, it may not be fully compatible with your old keeper even if the dimensions match. With that in mind I would also suggest our 82-249 keeper just in case.
