Silverline single hung window pivot pin

Hi

Have a Silverline single hung window built in 1999 need the pivot pin and it's a "U" shape about 3" long. Can you help? Called Silverline and they were no help, they're asking for a model # of the window which there's no label and also sent then pictures of the window and pivot pin, they sent me the wrong pin.

You can take a look at the 26-040 pivot bar. It was popular on most Silverline windows.
