Silverline window

Question

Need replacement parts for this window, the window's balance clicks as you raise it up or down. The  Balance end is black.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Silverline has used the 15-046 pivot shoe as well as the 5/8" thick Series 600 spiral balance in the past. However, I recommend you remove your old hardware from the window and compare our specifications with yours to confirm they match up.
