Silverline window part needed

Need to replace a broken part off of a Silverline window that is about six years old. It is where the window pivots at the bottom for cleaning and where the closer bar connects in to the window pivot. Thanks!

This is the shoe for our Series 795 channel balance. See our 15-195. Since the shoe broke, however, you might want to consider replacing the whole balance. The springs might not last that much longer if your shoe broke.

thanks for the quick response. Will replace the balance, but not sure what length to order. The metal piece itself is 33 inches long but when you add in the shoe it comes to 34 inches long. Do I order the 33 or 34 inch one? Stamped on the balance is 32-3 BSIN so wasn't sure which one to get. Thanks!

Only the metal channel is measured when determining length, so 33" is what you want.

thanks, does the 32-3 BSIN give you an idea whether to purchase the A, B, C, or D one? The window is double paned and measures about 29 inches wide by 35 inches high.

32-3 might correspond to 32C, but you may want to weigh your sash just in case.
