Can you identify the parts needed from the photos attached. I will need a new catch, shoe, and spring.
The spring is 16 inches long and the winow weighs 45 pounds.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like our Series 795 but yours looks like it installs with a hook which means this must be a custom order. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Can you also show us a photo of the stamp on the metal channel? How many balances are you looking to order?
