Thanks for your post! The door handle you have here can be replaced with either the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set. The keyed version is the 82-030A, which has a centered latch.

The mortise lock reminds me of the 82-239 Multi-Point Mortise Lock (also available in stainless steel, 82-259). Carefully review the dimensions below to confirm that this is the right replacement.

Your existing keeper may not be compatible with our lock, so you may need to purchase the 82-249. Compare the dimensions and design to be sure.
