Thanks for posting! It is a bit difficult to identify the replacement you'll need using the photos provided. The channel obstructs the view and because the coil is damaged it it hard to make out the series you'll need.

May I please see a photo of the shoe removed from the window?

Thanks for the photos! We do not have an exact match for the shoe you have here however, there is a chance that our 15-199 could work as a replacement for you. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to determine if this is the right fit.

This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil spring or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil spring. To determine which series you need, you'll need to confirm the thickness of your coil spring. Once you've confirmed the series, you'll need to check the metal coil for any stamps that might indicate the spring strength you'll need.

If there are no stamps on the metal coil, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.

Thanks for confirming! The cover looks similar to the 15-150S which is compatible with the Series 160 coil spring, however, it is still recommended to check the width (thickness) of the coil spring to confirm that this is the exact series you need.

If you have confirmed that this is the series you have, you'll need the S160-6 for the 13.4lb window.
