Simonton 5050 coil balance and cam shoe replacement

Greetings,
First time attempting to replace anything window related so I'm hoping for a little assistance. The cam shoe on one of my 16 year old Simonton windows cracked. I've removed the coil and cam and I'm hoping you could help me secure the correct replacement parts? The coil looks to be stamped with "10J" near its tounge? Is there anyway you could list the parts needed to complete this project? Please let me know if there is anything else I need to provide. Thanks in advance!

Your old Simonton coil balance system isn't made anymore, but see our 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balances, along with the video below that will walk you through the installation process.
