Simonton Balance Assembly

I am looking for balance assemblies for Simonton windows in my home. I don't know if you need the order number but here it is... 307894/11. It appears there are two springs in each assembly, left and right side. Do you have replacements? Photo attached is from an assembly still intact on right side. Approx. 3 inches from top of plastic cover to screw at bottom.

Hello, Carl. Thanks for posting. I'm pretty confident we can help, and I think I might even know what you have, but I'd like a bit more information before I recommend anything. Specifically, can you show me a picture of the pivot shoe to which the springs attach? Can you also tell me how thick the springs are?

I measured 0.4 inch wide spring material.

Perfect, thanks! I'm glad you showed me this, because my original assumption was wrong. Your pivot shoe is a match for our 15-199, which is compatible with two different coil spring sizes: the 1/2" thick Series 160 and 3/8" thick Series 165.

Neither of these sizes match what you gave me, so you may want to double check that to confirm which spring would be better for you.
