Simonton Balance Help

A home owner from Waukegan says:
I have Simonton single hung, double pane windows that are 20 years old. Two have broken coils, 1 is approximately 34x70 and the other approximately 34X58. I have attached pictures of the window labels for each, the broken coils on each and the good coil on the larger one. There are no markings on the coils and when I removed the broken one on the larger window it came out in pieces.

Thanks for contacting us. It's hard to tell what you have based on your pictures. One of the most important details is the pivot shoe, which is unfortunately obscured by your thumb. It looks like it could be our 15-191, which is commonly used with the Series 160 coil spring. If you also need the other parts for this set, see our 15-148 bumper and 15-150D double coil support.
