My Simonton window hardware is broken and needs to be replaced. There are two different types of balances, one for the upper sash and a different one for the bottom sash. Both need to be replaced on four different windows.
Had to cut the access holes bigger to get jammed parts out. Top sash has triple springs. Bottom window has double springs. I could get numbers off two of the ten springs. 406J. I need all parts for four different windows. 2- triple and 2- double x 4 windows.
One may be 407.
