Simonton Balance replacements

Hello, how's it going. I have a Simonton Double Hung window with only one balance still operating. The existing balance sizes are: width 1 3/8", height 1 1/2", depth 7/8" Their was a part with similar specs but the measurements are off a little so I am not sure that part will still work? I taped the part together while measuring. I would like to purchase 4 of these replacement parts.
