Attached are pictures of what is left of the balance assemblies on this window. I hope these help in figuring out the correct parts. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for posting. This old Simonton balance system is no longer made. The 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs can replace it. See the video below.
