Hi. I have Simonton double hung windows and two of the plastic pivot shoes have broken. I still have the interior metal pieces if needed. Do you have these available? Thanks!

Hi Ron, thank you for posting,
Your balance assembly resembles an older Simonton style that is no longer available. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 as a replacement option. Please review the step by step video below that details the conversion and additional parts needed.
