Simonton Prism window parts

Need coils, shoes covers, basically the whole balance assembly. Window is a Simonton Prism double hung installed in 2004. I think it's the Bronze.
Thanks for helping me track these down.

Hey Bill. This Simonton Coil Balance system is no longer made, but we've devised a substitute option with our 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balances. The video below takes you through the entire process. Review and let me know what you think.

Simonton double hung window (sash dimensions 18"X28"x1.75"); installed 2.12.2014. Upper sash pivot shoe broke in half. We need pivot shoe, pivot bars coil support and spring. Managed to wrestle spring assembly out--there is no imprint on spring to tell us what weight it carries. Please advise, as I really don't want to purchase another window.
