Simonton Replacement Double Hung Window

Question

I was cleaning a double-hung Simonton window and the tilt/shoe assembly on the right side broke. I’m not sure of the exact technical name, but I believe it’s part of the balance assembly — the interior components in the balance track that include the spring, shoe, and cover.
I'm looking for the replacement part.

This appears to be a Simonton coil balance shoe. We do not have the exact replacement match but we are fairly confident the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe will work for the repair.

The existing pivot bar will not be compatible with this shoe, so you'll also need the 26-083.

This shoe uses the Series 159 Coil Balance to replace the coil springs. The support used for this coil is the 15-255.
